Questions for realtor interview?

We're hoping to list our house at the end of March or beginning of April. I don't know who we're going to use for our realtor; either for buying or selling. I thought we would interview 3 and see what we think. In your experience, what are some good questions to ask so we'll be happy with our choice?

(Our last experience involved a pretty bad agent, and I do not want to do that again!!)

Thank you! I actually did a search before posting this because I thought a similar question had come up in the past. Guess I didn't phrase the question well since I didn't see this from ONE DAY AGO!!! Crazy!!!
