YES!!! My 6 y.o. and the 8 y.o. next door are crazy for these things! I just bought her some more at IKEA - their prices for them are much better than at our local JoAnns. They spend hours making different designs with these beads (which I then have to iron together).

DD also likes her Spooka light. And IKEA also sells a nice wooden paper-roll holder and roll of paper that I bought recently. It has little racks to hold pencils or markers and would make a good gift for any child who likes to draw. But the melty beads are PERFECT for a 7 y.o. girl!!

They have a really cute doll bed, if she's into American Girl type dolls.
