We have the one from Costco 2 years ago. It has held up well. The grandparents went halves on it for DS's B-Day. He doesn't play with it much but DD loves it. Every year I give it a coat Thompson's Water Sealer per the instructions that came with it. The red roof is faded but that's what happens to plastic outside. It did take my dad and I a few hours to put together and we are both very handy. HTHs

My ILs have the model from Costco last year. It went together easily, and has held up well so far. I personally think the door handle is poorly designed - it's been hard for DS and his same-aged cousin to figure out, and fingers have been pinched in the door hinge (again, I wish they'd designed it differently!). Other than that though, no complaints and the kids love it!

ETA: Just clicked on the link. The one my ILs have is a little different, but the door design looks the same.
