What a relief! My 16 mo old moved up to the toddler room 2 weeks ago, and every morning has been awful--he cried hysterically with big tears rolling down his face and clung to my leg.
This morning it was like a switch had been flipped--we walked in and he leaned out of my arms towards a teacher, for her to take him. She sat him down w/ the others and gave him toast & applesauce, and he never looked back! Just sat there happily munching away without a care in the world.
I am so relieved--it was killing me how sad he was every morning. I was ready to quit my job and be a SAHM :o
