It's at least a quest since it has an adjustable footrest. Looks like a good price to me if its in great condition.

It actually looks like a techno xt. Look closely at wheels (they are biggish an single spoke design) and handles (not foam)
Good deal, and seems to be in good condition, even though it's an older model (2005 or so)
