Do you use a Kneeling Chair?

Does anyone use a kneeling chair at home or at work?
If so, how long have you been using it and which one do you have?


I have been struggling with some back pain and I think that sitting in my desk chair is making it worse. I am borrowing my co-worker's kneeling chair as she it out this week. If it works out better, I might need to buy one!

Has anyone used one while PG? (I am not currently, but thinking ahead....back pain was a big issue with DD.)

I have one - my mom has back problems and used to have it with her deak and I always liked it. When she switched to a different desk where the chair didn't work, I took the chair years ago. I don't use it much but used to use it for scrapbooking and liked it. I don't have back problems but my back would kill me after a night of scrapbooking with poor posture and that chair would really help. I don't specifically remember it during pregnancy but I did scrap a lot on maternity leaves and when I was pregnant with my first DD so I guess I used it then.

ETA: sorry I have no idea what kind I have - it is wood with fabric cushions in a tweed fabric
