DD has mastered her alphabet sounds and is really trying hard to read. I was wondering is there is a list of phonetics for two letter sounds - example th, ch, ed... TIA!

Yes. If you want to teach her yourself, here are two books that walk you as the parent through how to do it**. Also, every time you read aloud point out the words with the sound blends that you're focusing on at the time. This is how my DS learned to blend and it helped him become a strong reader.
