Quick Pokemon Help Appreciated

My ds(5) has worked to earn a reward for sleeping in his bed all night (yeah)!

So went to Toys R Us today buy a small toy. He found a lone green foam pokeball, and was so excited. We didn't check the price but I am guessing it would have only been a few dollars.

Fastforward ... he pitched it to his brother in the store and after that it was nowhere to be found. We looked and looked!

We left with sad tears and I promised him we would try to look a few other places.

They are selling them on Amazon for 11.99! No way it costs that much at retail.

So my wuick question is ...

Has anyone seen these foam Pokeballs anywhere? Any help would be greatly appreciated by all!
