Insulated lunch/snack bag

I already have the JJB fuel cell and I LOVE it! It keeps snacks cold for 5 or 6 hours! BUT we have it in pink prints and DH has to carry it around with him now that he takes DS out more on his own. I want to get him his own pack but I'm not a huge fan of the black fuel cell. Has anyone tried the BALANCED DAY LUNCH KIT ? How is it at keeping things cold?

A little unrelated to your question - but do you need to add in a cold pack with the JJB fuel cell, or does it keep things cold on its own?

I add a cold pack and it works sooooo well. I think it also keeps things cool on it's own like the JJB insulated pockets in their bags.
