With DD1 I had no MS, nothing.

Now I am barely pregnant (7wks) and very cautious about things, but I feel nauseous pretty much all the time and in waves. Never get sick but just unsettled stomach and the horrible waves. Eating helps but only temporarily. DH tells me there's a bug going around and alot of people are feeling rough. It's enough to feel gross but not enough to be sure if this is what it is!

Sounds like it to me.

Sounds to me, too.

You can try supplementing the snacks by sipping some room-temp seltzer.

Also, a high protein breakfast can help ease the rest of the day. I liked Greek-style yogurt.

My m/s started around 6 weeks with DS and this pregnancy. I feel nauseated all of the time. There is some suspicion that it may be caused by your body changing the way that it digests some things like proteins. Eating definitely affects the way I feel.

i found it helpful to eat several mini meals so that I didn't feel too full or too empty

Oh yeah! And it can last all day and night long--don't let the term "morning" sickness fool you.

sure thing!

With DS1 I had a little bit of food aversion and dry heaves one time, but it was all pretty mild.

With DD I had a lot more vomiting, mostly in the evenings vs. morning.

With DS2 I only vomited maybe 2 x but had all day nausea.

Best of luck!

Sounds like it. I didn't have M/S with my first pregnancy but with the second one it was full on nausea and vomiting all day. It went away during the 2nd trimester. Try eating smaller meals more often.
