Selling precious moments

Has anyone has any luck selling prescious moments or cherished teddies? I have had a bit of luck on eBay, but don't want to keep payig the fees to list if they aren't going to sell.

I have them on craigslist, but that is only local.

You'd probably get more out of them by donating them and taking the tax write off. I can't see how they are worth much any more.
