ISO cute navy flats

I desperately need navy flats.
I don't want suede, patent, or matronly. :) Embellished is fine..but not too sweet, or too rocker KWIM?
I am having a terrible time. I want something I can throw on with a summer skirt, or a pair of khaki shorts. Sometimes my feet are not sandal ready ;)

Some Target shoes are actually OK for quality (it's hit or miss). You can always order and return to store for free:

ETA: I like the look of espadrilles (the nordy's ones), but I found that they tend to get loose for me and slip off my heel while walking (not comfortable), and you can't get them wet or they'll fall apart).
