They are so pricey that I hate to just buy based on a couple of Amazon reviews. The world might stop spinning if we can't have green milk on St. Patty's Day. :p

Wish I could help you...I looked at some at Whole Foods, but balked at the ~$20 price.

Could you puree some spinach and add it to your milk for St P's Day? :-)

I have used the India Tree dye in the past and it was ok. I used it to color frosting because my sister is allergic to Red Dye 40. The colors were not as pretty as regular dye. The yellow and blue were fine, but it took quite a bit of the red to make a pink color and the pink frosting had an off taste. I think for green milk it would work fine because it would only take a few drops.

Oh and if you want to have some fun - put a few drops of green color into the toilet. My daughters have not stopped talking about the leprechans using their potty last year.

Oh yeah! I totally forgot about the toilet! That was THE hit of last year. LOL

Don't know if this will help but maybe check the Martha Stewart
website. She talks about dying Easter Eggs using other foods.
She may have a method for the color, green that you can try.
