Double/Lightweight/Older Kids/Disney/Budget

Whats the best recommendation for a lightweight double for a 2 and 4 year old that is Disney and budget friendly?

I only have the single but a Baby Jogger City Micro might fit the bill. Car-seat.org has a great review in the stroller forum.

I wouldn't think so for a 2 & 4 year old. It does recline a little - would you want them to nap in it? I think if they are so tired (like at the end of the day) to fall asleep in the stroller, the recline will be fine - it's more reclined than a car seat, for example.
