Chicago boardies-when is your Spring break?

Need help with timing and ideas.

We have a museum pass that gets us into Science and Industry for free.

I'm trying to pick a day to take my two up to Chicago for a day, we'll go to Science and Industry and something else, may depend on the weather. Would love ideas for a fun place for dinner (they are 4 ops, just about 5 and 7 almost 8).

When do the big Chicago School Districts have Spring Break?

We're off the week of March 21-25th. I think it may be less crowded on a weekday but could be wrong. Driving in from here is easier on a weekend, if we did weekday we wouldn't arrive until after 10am to avoid traffic.
