Yeah I was thinking the same thing too because I know I had one because it spent many years in the child hood toy box, and I was in high school or a freshman in college the last time I saw it (my mom babysat some kids part time then). Plus when I showed it to my mom when DD2 got it she remembered me having it (which triggered the memory of seeing it in high school). I was born in 1977. My grandparents did have some close friends in Belguim but I highly doubt that they would've sent it to my grandparents to give me, but maybe they did.
