eddie bauer high chair pad?????????

I accidentally mixed in my daughters high chair pad to her Eddie Bauer High chair in the dry with some sheets. As a result, the back of the pad melted and small holes in the material formed. I have been looking online for some replacements and see that there have been some same issues. They claim the bought it from "BRU". I have no clue what that is and hope its not something obvious. I checked all over online and can not find Eddie bauer replacements. ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE APPRECIATED...

WOw, I knew it was going to be obvious. Ill try looking online at baby's r us. If that fails, you have suggestions on a contact number for where I can talk to a representative regarding a replacement?
