I just bought a HUGE bag of cole slaw mix (cabbage and carrots) without any intention of making cole slaw. I know that some of it will go into a cabbage soup but I am trying to find some uses for the rest of the bag. Any NON-cole slaw suggestions?? Would LOVE something warm and hearty. I saw a baked egg roll recipe that looks interesting. I saw a recipe on here for a cabbage stir-fry with bacon and garlic...I think I should be able to easily make that Weight Watchers-friendly. Any other ideas?? THANK YOU!!!

Both my kids love this recipe and you could easily use your slaw mix for it.

it's not warm, but i love to a crunchy asian slaw salad recipe that uses ramen noodles. it's like this recipe, but mine uses slivered almonds instead of cashews. mine also has a handful of sunflower seeds.

I use it for spring roll filling with rice wrappers....not warm, but so crunchy and fresh! I just add basil, a DRPO of sesame oil and a splash of lemon juice. So good. It's like a salad you can hold!
