Nautilus Elite??

My local Costco is selling it for 129.99. It seems like a good deal when I compare online prices. Is it? There are only a few left in the store and I don't want to miss out.
I need something to replace DS2 seat in Germany. Our next option there is a HBB, but he is just too small and young to do without a harness.
We don't have LATCH (ISOFIX) in our car. How is the installation with a seat belt?

That's about regular Walmart price for the non-Elite model. The Elite has a lockoff, which might come in handy if your car's seatbelts don't lock. I would say it's a reasonable deal for the Elite. :)
