I got it today and it was very easy to install with LATCH.

I am having a hard time adjusting the harness straps. Am I doing something wrong? It is very hard for me to get a tight feel on her chest. very frustrating.

Did you remember to attach the harness shield to the back of the seat? That is the only thing I can think of.

Is it hard to pull, or is it just not getting tight on her chest? If it's hard to pull, you need to make sure the harness isn't getting snagged on the back somewhere (like that belt guard, or if the recline block isn't flipped forward), but if it's just loose on her chest, that's just normal for Britaxes, you only test on the shoulders. Just buckle her up, and give it a few tugs and it'll be snug on the shoulders where it matters.
