Since its not ok to take Vit A during pregnancy...

I just read the label on the can of Nestle Carnation instant Breakfast and it says vit A, so I am wondering whether I should not take it?

You still need vitamin A during pregnancy, just not excessive amounts. If you're concerned I'd skip the instant breakfast stuff if it has a huge amount of vitamin A, especially if your prenatals contain a dose as well.
