gift for 3 yr old girl?

I have no clue how to shop for girls. My price range is up to $30(something nicer on sale is preferred). She doesn't need clothes-our church is really good about passing clothes down. They don't like cartoon characters. Oh, and it needs to be something I can order online (still on bedrest, so grandma will take DS). TIA.

I would get a book- a pretty picture book, or an I SPY book? My daughter who will be 3 in June loves I SPY books. :)

we have and like the tea set someone else posted as well, there is also a dish set. They may already have something like that though

All great suggestions. My daughter is only 2 1/2 but these are all of her favorite things. Art supplies and outdoor items (balls, chalk, bubbles) are great. Books or sticker/coloring books too.
