A coworker that I am friends with is going to watch DD for me next Saturday evening. DD is 3mo. She has been begging to babysit since she found out I was pg and is very excited to babysit. I really don't have anyone else to call on for babysiting and I want to give her something to say thanks. Any thoughts? She will also be watching her so I can go to a wedding this summer. TIA!

What do you want to spend? Do you know what any of her interests are?

Money is very tight right now, so not much. She loves pugs, but I was wanting to get her something practical. I was think restaurant gift card, but DH said that was impersonal.

Can you bake for her? Personal and not very expensive.

is a wristlet keychain from etsy too impersonal?
I love to have them to give as little gifts here & there...

or I bet you can find a site that will monogram them, etc...

Something unique?

That's what I would do. Cute presentation and a thank you card.

I agree with the others, bake something for her or if you're not into baking you can cook something she can take home and have the next day for dinner so she doesn't have to cook. No matter what you do I'm sure she'll be appreciative, sounds like she's just really excited to be able to spend time your DC.
