Ok, I have not bought a baithing suit in YEARS. I was going to try LE. I want something that is 2 piece. Are the swim mini's or the regular bikini bottoms better (FWIW, I would like to flatten my tummy and tush--at least have it look like they are flatter).

I bought these bottoms
http://canvas.landsend.com/pp/HeritageSolidWidebandBikiniBottom~203347_-1.html?bcc=y&action=order_more&sku_0=::BEP&CM_MERCH=IDX_00017__0000002514&origin=index
and the matching tankini top...and then another top for laying out or going to the beach (re: a bit more revealing). I love them and think they are cut for women IYKWIM.
ETA: I bought it in the blue.

I can't do those bottoms, but they are cute. Do you know anything about the faille suits or the all over control one piece suits?

I am looking at these:

Those are some awesome prices! OP Im not familiar with the ones you mention but I did see them at the Lands End section in Sears the other day so if you have one by you, you could go check them out in person and see if they will work.

I have a number of the LE Faille tankinis in various styles. IMO, this year's paisley Beach Living LE tankinis are much cuter. I have the mini swim mini (the one with the slit, slightly shorter than the other swim minis) in the non-control-top style from this year and last year and really love it.

I do not like the faille bottoms that I own. I can't really describe it. They are maybe bulkier and less stretchy? I know they aren't as comfy and don't look as flattering as other designs. I only have the bottoms.

That 1 piece is cute IRL.

ITA with Beth. I find the Faille pieces to add weight, not be slimming. The Beach Living separates that I have are all flattering and comfortable.

I'm loving the beach living halter tops and mini swim mini - got the patterned halter and solid black skirt, plus some new Cleo crocs and a l/s LE coverup with a hood. So excited!

i have that bottom too & love it.
i ordered one similar to this last year http://www.landsend.com/pp/BeachLivingShirredMiniSwimMini~216188_59.html?bcc= y&action=order_more&sku_0=::AK2&CM_MERCH=IDX_00002__0000002621&origin=index

i had to buy the normal size i wear in pants (which isn't typical for me in swim bottoms), otherwise i looked very droopy!

That faille top looks cute. I have a faille tankini with skirt from 2yrs ago that I live in. I found it to be more supportive then the beach living (from that year). It seems to hid lumps better, iykwim. But I do agree the selection is not as cute as the BL. This year I ordered the Canvas tankini with boy shorts.

Sorry, I don't. But I do know that LE returns rocks! So you would have nothing to lose ;)

A bit different than your 3rd one, but I have this one from last year and find it very flattering on and the gathering at the tummy is great camo.
