Despite frequent washing some of our cream towels have gotten an ucky yellow tone to them in the centers where people regularly wash their hands and faces. I think it may either be a little oily residue or too much hand soap residue.

Any tips for getting this out? I've tried hot water+bleach+extra rinse, no luck.

YOu could try white vinegar or baking soda. Oxiclean might work.... super hot water and a scoop of oxiclean... let them soak over night... then launder as usual.

If that doesn't work it might be time to invest in some new towels.

:yeahthat: let them soak overnight in oxiclean - if that doesn't work you might be out of luck.
