Worried about my Blvd70 - is this normal?

I just noticed something weird with my Blvd70--when it is locked into place in recline #3, there is some "give" in the tilting of the recline. I'm not sure how to explain, but basically if I push down on the seat (around where the harness tightner strap is) the seat tilts more upright about 1-2 inches. When I let go, it drops back down again. (This has nothing to do with the base, it is the seat tilting fwd in the base.) It doesn't do this in #1 or #2.

I hope this makes sense! Is this normal, or is something off here?

Huh.... first time I've ever heard this... might want to call Britax in the morning, they may even want a video, if you have a way to email them one.
