Any advice for choosing a realtor?

I'm in the beginning process of selling my childhood home as my mother recently passed away. I've never sold a house, only bought, so I've never hired a realtor for the selling side of things. I'm planning to talk to some, but other than my vague notion of "talking" I'm not sure what to ask or how to chose the best one. Any thoughts on this subject would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
