Anyone else doing the 2 week wait?

Update: I got a BFP this morning...hooray! DH & I aren't telling anyone IRL until I'm further along, but I'm glad I can post it here!!! I can hardly believe it. I had a m/c before DD, and it took us a while to conceive her. With DS, I had finally come to the conclusion that DD would be an only child before I got pregnant with DS. This time around it only took 1 month of trying, which is almost (pardon the pun) inconceivable. Soooo excited...

I hate this part of TTC...just waiting. Thought it might be more fun if some fellow BBBers were doing the 2ww; moral support & all that jazz. Right now I'm imagining that the way I feel is related to TTC, even though it is way too early, as I'm only 7 dpo. You know, "Oh, I'm nauseated; is that a good thing? Do my boobs look bigger or is it just the bra? Gee, I feel kind of tired too; is it only because I've given up coffee?" etc. Somebody help me snap out of it! LOL Tell me some funny stories about your 2ww. Thanks!

I did the same thing, and also read every pregnancy book I owned, as well as a few of the birth books and baby name books. :bag I hope time flies by for you! :)

I can totally relate since I was in the 2WW not long ago. It drove me nuts I wasted a test everyday since 7 dpo until I got a bfp at 10-11 dpo!

Ok, I admit, I'm type A. I did the 2WW 6 6times to get DD and DS. I was a mess each time. With DD I did clomid and injectibles. So, to watch the HCG either go down or stay and go up, I actually bought 2 weeks worth of dollar store PG tests and tested daily (yes, I know I'm anal). That was the only thing that saved my sanity that 6th time.

I hate 2ww with passion. I'll never admit how much money I wasted on pregnancy tests. The tests don't help in my case though. Yoga and acupuncture do.

The 2ww is the worst... we did it for over 2 years with DD1. And, oh boy did I feel like I had symptoms almost every time! Someday the happy dance will come!

The worst!!! I remember putting an X on the calendar as each day passed. Then , I bought a two-pack of a digital test on sale and took it the day before I was due for my period. I thought, for sure, that I was but it was negative. It was DH's bday so I really wanted to surprise him and, instead, made it sad. It took us 11 months to conceive DD, 4 months for DS, so I was silly to think it would be one month this time.

4 days later, the sale was about to be over on the tests, so I woke up Sat. morning and just took the 2nd test so I would know whether or not I needed to buy more. check out my siggy....it was positive x2! It was well worth the extra wait.
