Sick 2 Year old not eating-Any Higher calorie drink recs?

DS (20 months) has been sick for 4 days now. His fever is lower today, but he still is not eating and very lethargic. Thankfully he is drinking plenty of water, but not much else. I was thinking of dragging both our sick bottoms out today to get some drink with higher calories and nutrition for him. Any recommendations for a drink? He is definitely loosing weight, his size 5 diapers I posted about him outgrowing suddenly fit again and are even loose on him. Thanks in advance!

Milk shake- even more calorie rich than chocolate milk. :)

Things like Carnation Instant Breakfast have at least some nutritional value and a decent amount of calories. Or maybe a smoothie made with some full-fat yogurt and OJ, I know DS went crazy for smoothies when he was sick and wouldn't really eat much.
