We flew with the size Large rolling duffle last year. I put two kids (ages 7 and 1) and my clothes for one week in the duffle. The large is plenty big.

I'm hoping the L is what we need. The M fits carryon standards so think of that box at the airport and the size of it. The reviews say the XL is huge so I'm counting on just right for L.
