I try to be really observant of my body (and mind!) in order to catch myself getting hyper or hypo. I feel like very subtle changes in my hairline (right above middle of my forehead) are significant and the first thing (well other than fatigue, brain fog and lack of libido, which are a little too vague for me!) I feel definitely points to an imbalance. But I would like to find an earlier sign if possible as I think this one comes a bit late. Anyone else do this and if so what is yours?

FYI, when I get hypo, the hair there thins out in a particular way, probably nobody else would notice but me. It fills back in if I get hyper. It is thinning again right now :(

For hypo - Insomnia. If it's more than a week of insomnia, I call endo for a blood test.

For hyper - chest pain.

When trying to work out medication levels after my surgery I went from hypo to hyper, back to hypo etc. So got to know how I feel.
