what tests to ask for?

I haven't had a true physical in years. I am seeing my OB/Gyn tomorrow afternoon. I figure if I'm already there I should ask her to run a full blood panel etc. What is usually checked with a blood panel? any suggestions on what I should be checking??

I figure the usual cholesterol, maybe ask for a Thyroid check (cause I've been awful tired lately) and I am curious what my Vitamin D levels are. Other than that what would be good/important to have checked?

I go on Friday, I am asking for a thyroid check for sure, not sure on anything else but open to others ideas as well!
