I've read lots of good reviews about Mahogany Short Ribs (http://projects.washingtonpost.com/recipes/2006/01/18/mahogany-short-ribs/). The recipe was printed 5 years ago, and I still see it mentioned in the Washington Post food chats.

Just have to be kinda diligent with the skimming of the fat off the top (step 3) or it comes out kinda greasy. But the flavor is yum! and very easy!
