So, years ago I used Sweet n Low. Then that became a no-no.
Moved on to Equal. Then that become a no-no.
Moved on to Splenda.
And now that's Truvia.

What should I be putting in my iced tea???
What is the healthy choice here or should I just go with raw sugar?

Thanks.

We use Truvia, stevia (liquid sweet leaf vanilla or NuNaturals) and erythritol.

There are some less refined options but I have PCOS and am insulin resistant, so I try to stick to erythritol and similar. I've used these for a few years now and I personally think they are the best option for my own circumstances.

I don't do a ton of sweet stuff anyway, but if I bake, etc. I will use erythritol/stevia.

Raw sugar, just don't go overboard with it.

I bought some agave the other day to make a vegan dish for a party...I have been using the left overs in my tea. I like the taste and it dissolves easily in cold liquid.

You could also use raw honey.
