My dd was in day care today and 3 kids were sent home due to fever, and one was diagnosed with Strep.
I am now 18 weeks pregnant... what are my risks if my dd ends up with strep... which I'm worried she will since 3 of the 10 kids in her class all had fevers and a 4th was already diagnosed.
Of course, my drs office is closed until tomorrow morning.

odds are good. You can take antibiotics while pregnant. Up your vitC and wash your hands A lot

I had it during my pregnancy twice and was given the same antibiotics I was given when I'm not pregnant. Besides feeling crappy its not a big deal.

Me & my DS had strep a couple months ago. I was about 10 weeks prego. I felt HORRIBLE and after about 3-4 days I finally couldn't take it and went to Dr. who gave me a Rx. I felt SO much better within 24 hours. Rx are competely safe to take. Don't try to be a hero if you aren't feeling well. The meds are compeltely fine.

Thank you so much for helping me worry a little less. So far my dd seems to be feeling fine, we'll see when she wakes up tomorrow. Now my dh on the other hand... he already has a temp and is passed out on the couch.
