Bragging moment about DH...

...so its his bday the other day and kids are at inlaws while i prepare big meal for the big day.

Anyways, doorbell rings and I figure its just UPS dropping off another package, and I keep going about my cooking. But my dog keep barking. So i go to the door and there' s a lady standing there holding a vase full of spring flowers. I open the door and she says, "Are you X?" I say "Yes" and she says "These are for you." I say, "That's funny, since its my DH bday..." completely confused as to what these flowers are doing at my house.

So...I bring them inside and rip open the card and read....

"You are the best birthday gift I could ask for."

Needless to say, I cried. This is completely uncharacteristic of DH. There was no fight or reason for flowers, just so sweet. One of the nicest things he's ever done for me. :heartbeat:
