A knee length, cap sleeve black dress with some minimal white designs? I'd like to bring some additional color in as this would be worn to a May wedding.

Could I add some colored shoes? If yes, what would look good? Or, should I bring color in some other way?

Red necklace would be pretty. You could go many different colors with the shoes--red or green with both look nice.

I agree with a colored shoe. If you decide to go with black/neutral shoe, than you could get a colored clutch, or some statement jewelry.
