CS stands for Click & Safe...it makes a little click when the harness is tight enough. Or at least it's supposed to. I've seen it stay way too loose when it clicks, or dang near squoosh the kid before it clicks, so you never know if it'll work right. So you just have to tighten as you normally would...tug tug tug till it's snug on the shoulders.
That said? I love love love love love the silver blue cover on the CS model at BRU, and I'd pay the extra $20 just because of that, and just ignore the CS :rotflmao:
