I'm pretty sure they run small. I remember trying a pair on and wearing a size smaller than I normally wear. Hopefully someone else will confirm.

Size down, not up. I wear an 8 1/2 and buy Uggs in 8 when they only come in whole sizes. Otherwise I get my normal size.

IME, I've needed to size down in the boots, but up in the shoes--it seems that the shoes don't account for the furry lining like the boots do, so I've needed the extra room. For the boots, though, they should be snug in the beginning, and they do stretch out, so I always buy down a 1/2 size.

How did you get them for $108? It looks like they are $120 something now. I wanted to order the same ones.

They were listed as 40% off yesterday and today it looks like they are only at 30% :(
6pm rotates their stuff through sales often so keep checking back and I'm sure they will go back down.
