g-mama's chicken and dumplings soup - YUM!

OK so I know it's springtime but I finally got around to making this and it is FABULOUS! Keeper!! It was a little labor-intensive but SOOO worth it. The dumplings were heavenly. I doubled the carrots just to get in more veggies. Nice rounded meal that's actually healthy!! THANK YOU!!

Isn't it fantastic? I sometimes double the carrots as well, or I add thinly sliced celery. Also, if you don't have sour cream for the dumplings, I have successfully used yogurt.

Hmm, I'm thinking we may need to have this for dinner tonight . . .
