How much do you tip the birthday party "coordinator"?

You know, if you have your party at a My Gym or bowling alley or whatever--the person who gets all the kids into the party room and helps serve the pizza and cut the cake, etc. Do you do a percentage of the final bill, give them a $20, etc.?

We had two assistants at a local place that's like a My Gym. I put a $20 bill with a little thank you card prepared beforehand and gave them to the assistants at the end of the party.

Every place that I've ever used has already added a gratuity to my final bill.

Thanks! I gave the coordinator a $20 and she seemed less than thankful...was just wondering if that wasn't enough. But to tip based on the final bill would have been absurd...it was almost $300 and I wouldn't have been able to have tipped 15-20 percent on that and afforded the party.
