What's this rash? PIC

2 year old, started as spot in corner of mouth, was in opposite corner the next day. Today looks like this. I am 99% sure DD2 had a similiar rash as a toddler but I can't remember what the diagnosis was or what we put on it.
Lotrimin, maybe?

Looks like impetigo to me too (I had it on my face as an adult) . I'd call the ped. Impetigo can spread pretty quickly. And it's VERY contagious.

Impetigo! I agree-call the pedi. It does spread quick. If your other child had it, you might be able to use any leftover meds.

Ack that's crazy! FWIW, there is a generic for Bactroban. We've been battling impetigo too.
