Rice Cooker--under $30?

I am ISO a new rice cooker. My SO "fixed" our old one with duct tape :shrug: (I'm a big fan of duct tape fixes, but NOT in cooking appliances).

Does any one any recommendations for a rice cooker under $30 (max $40). It does not have to be great, just good enough, nonstick, to cook brown rice.

You can try an Asian grocery. That is where I got mine. Actually, *I* didn't get mine, a coworker took pity on me and got it for me. I never venture into Asian groceries because the signage is all in various Asian languages which I neither speak nor read -- very intimidating.
