Just in case anyone was wondering how this DVD was:
I did my first workout with Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30

It was a good workout. I liked the length and I got a good workout -- sweating and tired. I also liked that she has modifications for easier and harder. I used 5 lb weights which was more than enough for me for now.

It was not as hard as the bootcamp class workout I am doing but it is a good in between sessions workout or maybe good for a workout when I am traveling.
