Kids Rain Boots?

Where do you go to get a good deal on rain boots for kids?

consignment sales! They don't wear out, and I've gotten all of ours there. We have grown through like 5 sizes, and I've paid $2-6.

I loved the Crocs rainboots we bought on clearance a couple seasons ago. I'm so bummed that they have outgrown them and I cannot seem to find a deal on them. I think I got two pair for $15. Wish I had bought more pairs!!

I've gotten them at random places and never pay over $15 for new (and I always sell our like new ones at Consignment sales) I've found them on amazon, 6pm. com, rei outlet, sierra trading post, llbean, landsend, kidsurplus, vincent, and one other sporting goods place I can't remember the name of. My favorite brand so far has been the ll bean and then Kamik. DD went through a phase recently where she would only wear rainboots so of course we have 3 pair right now. I saw some really cute ones online at The Children's Place, but they sold out while I was checking out today.

I forgot about kidsurplus. Weren't they supposed to be re-opened by now? They have been down for a long time.

Love the Bogs boots we have for our DC. I got one pair cheap at Amazon and the other from Sierra Trading Post. They have neoprene uppers with handles that are easy for the kids to pull on. They are also rated to 30 below, although we haven't tried them out in snow. These are DD's, DD has ones with a dragon print:

we bought these as snow boots this winter, they were awesome. Now they are morphing into rain boots for spring.

My kids haven't complained. They were running around in them at the park on Saturday when it was near 70 degrees and seemed fine.

i have wanted to get these for years, but never have...i guess i'll have to watch out for good deals for next yr!
