bird water whistle at a b&m store?

has anyone seen a bird water whistle at a b&m store? the easter bunny brought ceramic ones ( http://www.theamazingbirdwhistle.com/Home.html )for my kiddos & daddy accidentally dropped 1 & so now we are on the lookout for a cheap plastic one i guess..

I would call local independent toy stores (ours has a lot of little things like this in bins near the check-out) and also bird supply stores (that sell supplies for bird feeders and bird watchers and may have bird-themed toys).
