diaper covers

Hi! i'm looking for diaper covers in size 3T-- most dresses don't come w/ them - any ideas? I like the cottony ones for summer. I tried etsy and there are hundreds but most of them look like scratchy material! Thanks!

I would do bike shorts. I've gotten them mostly from TCP (good inexpensive prices and decent quality). But, I have done eyelet diaper covers from Nordstrom. I believe about 3 yrs ago I paid $6 per pair.
