Enafamil Newborn coupons

I received a 8oz box of Enfamil Premium Newborn formula along with 4 coupons for 5$ each (they look like checks) . It does state that it is "Void if duplicated, altered, transferred or sold" and has my name and an Id number on it.

No idea how it works.

Are they limited to Enfamil Premium? We use Enfagrow (tje toddler formula). If they're not taken and not limited to Enfamil Premium, I'd love to have 'em!

I'd appreciate receiving it if they're still available. BFing didn't work out for me so I'm constantly searching for coupons/checks which help out a whole lot. I'll pm you my info.

Thanks! Just pm'ed you. I'm using Newborn as DD's last month and moving on to Infant which I believe are both Enfamil Premium so I can definitely use them.
