iPlay swim diaper sizing

I'm looking for reusable swim diapers. I like the iplay and they seem to get good reviews here. Diapers.com has them for $10 but their sizing is different than the iplay site. They list small, med, lg, etc w/weight. Diapers.com has them in month sizing. DS was 20lbs at his 6mos appt about a month ago. He has really chunky legs though so I'm thinking I will probably need a large which is 22-25lbs. Anyone know if this would be a 12 or 18mos?
