DD you are driving me insane. You HAVE to go to bed. You cannot stay up all night. You canot have a snack in bed. You had a snack downstairs. You had dinner. You cannot eat all night long (even though you may want to eat every hour all night long). You can have breakfast in the morning. GO TO BED!
